I planted Pineapple Sage last Summer and it’s growing like crazy! If you aren’t familiar with Pineapple Sage, it’s a must have. If you grow it, make sure to harvest the leaves the correct way. You can pick each individual leaf, but I recommend snipping above the node to create a bushy structure.  What’s not to love about it? When its blooming it gives off bright red blossoms, it smells just like a pineapple, it’s soft to touch and perfect for drinks.

See the leaf in the the water glass? Yep, that’s Pineapple Sage. I’m pretty pleased that I was able to bring in several elements from the garden.  A few poppy’s were clipped, White Jasmine garnished the plates and of course the Pineapple Sage was used in the water glasses and arrangements.

What do you think? Could you brunch here?
