These snack boards are what happens when I don’t feel like cooking. Basically grab everything that’s edible from the fridge and pantry and style it on a board or plate.
Here are a few I’ve thrown together in about 15 minutes.
If i’m not sharing this with someone, then I usually make mini ones.
The dips: pesto and cream cheese with “Everything But the Bagel Seasoning”.
Snack board for one:
Cherries, Dates, Walnuts, Aged Cheddar, Peaches, Blueberries, Cornichons (the tiny pickles), olives and a household favorite, Yuca chips.
