Ok…these are cute! I’ve only made them once, but will definitely make them again.
Items:
- Large red or green grapes
- Dark or Milk Chocolate Chips (for melting)
- Oil (I used Canola)
- Toffee Bits
- Sprinkles
- Toothpick
Step 1: Chop bottoms off of grapes (this will help them stand).
Step 2: Place toothpick through the top of the grape.
Step 3: Melt chocolate and 1 – 2 teaspoons of oil on low heat. The chocolate should be creamy. I eyeballed the oil and added a tiny bit at a time.
Step 4: Grab the grape by the toothpick and dip into chocolate.
Step 5: Sprinkle the chocolate covered grape with toffee or sprinkles.
Step 6. Place flat side down on your platter. Chill in the refrigerator 20 minutes before serving.
Toffee bits can be subbed out for nuts too (be sure to crush them first).
