I was thumbing through an old Bon Appetit magazine and came across this unique recipe. Ironically, I had all of the ingredients, including the lavender (random, I know). If you can’t find dried lavender buds in your local market, most specialty spice shops should have them, or of course Amazon.

This is the microplane zester I used on the lemon. It’s an essential in my kitchen that gets used weekly. I use it grate citrus, garlic, ginger, chocolate and cheese. For the cute curls on top use this.
